GCSE Results Day 2025
Back
We are absolutely delighted to extend a huge congratulations to our students, and what an incredible year it has been. Their dedication, resilience, and unwavering commitment over the past five years have truly shone through in their results. They have tackled every challenge with determination, and their success is richly deserved.
A heartfelt thank you also goes to our parents and carers. Their deep involvement in their children’s education, whether encouraging learning at home, maintaining high expectations, or engaging with school events has made a significant difference. Research shows that when schools work closely with families, student outcomes improve dramatically, boosting achievement, motivation, and confidence.
And to our outstanding teachers and staff, their support, encouragement, and belief in our students have shaped not just this year’s success but countless futures. By bringing our philosophy of 'nurture, believe, succeed' to life every day, they have made NBS the exceptional and compassionate community it is.
Well done to every student, you have earned this success. Together, as a committed school community, we have ended the year on a high note.
A delighted Gabriella Caruso, and one of the highest performing students, opened the brown envelope and said: "I am absolutely thrilled with my grades and the hard work has truly paid off. I cannot wait to join the Sixth Form at NBS and continue this amazing journey."
A humble and delighted Giovanna Brett, achieved one of the top grades in the year group. She commented: "I am so happy with my results, and I am delighted that my hard work throughout the year has paid off. I look forward to staying at NBS Sixth Form to continue my dream of going to university."
Edward Davies was ecstatic and delighted with his outstanding grades and said: "I am over the moon with these results and want to thank all my teachers for guiding me. I am looking forward to joining the Sixth Form at NBS to study Physics, Mathematics and Economics at A-Levels."
Leah Staunton, one of the top achievers in the year group who made exceptional progress, said: "I am so happy with the results I achieved today. It shows that hard work and resilience are key to success, especially over the last two years. I want to thank the school and my teachers and my mum and dad who helped me achieve my potential."
