Open Evening 2025

We're thrilled to share that our recent Open Evening has set a new benchmark for the school, attracting an unprecedented number of prospective families through our doors. The atmosphere throughout the building was electric, with our student ambassadors offering warm greetings and sharing genuine insights into the daily experience of being part of our school community.

From the outset, enthusiasm filled every corner of the school as classrooms buzzed with hands-on activities, captivating talks, and remarkable examples of student accomplishments spanning the entire curriculum.

A standout moment of the evening came during the student speeches. Our Head Girl and Head Boy, Oliwia and Anthony, shared their inspiring seven-year journey at NBS, reflecting on how their experiences have shaped their ambitions and character. Their heartfelt words left a lasting impression on attendees, demonstrating the transformative power of our school family on young people's lives. We are equally proud of our Year 7 student speakers, Rosie, Elina, Sam, Bogdan and Alfie, who spoke with remarkable assurance about settling into their initial weeks at NBS. Their testimonies perfectly captured the confidence and development that flourishes within our walls.

This year's Open Evening truly captured what NBS represents: an community where scholastic excellence goes hand in hand with character development, and where each young person is supported to flourish within a nurturing and stimulating atmosphere. The exceptionally encouraging responses from our visitors have filled us with immense pride for both our students and staff who through embodying our values were able to make this event such a success.
